The Ministry of Happier™ · About
Architect turned musician,
coach, and wellbeing facilitator.
Frven Lim is the founder of The Ministry of Happier™ — delivering music-based wellbeing programmes to care homes and corporate teams across North London, and Enneagram coaching to leaders and individuals worldwide.
The story
Frven spent over 25 years as a practising architect — including a period recognised as one of Singapore's Top 20 Architects in 2010 — before making a deliberate pivot towards wellbeing, music, and human flourishing.
That pivot wasn't accidental. Years of working inside high-pressure professional environments gave him a first-hand understanding of burnout, misalignment, and the gap between what people achieve and what they actually feel. He set out to close that gap.
Today, he delivers HappierMusic sessions to elderly care homes across North London and Hertfordshire — bringing ukulele-based music engagement to residents — and facilitates team building workshops and leadership coaching for organisations in London, Singapore, and online.
